Membership for Builders/Developers/Remodelers:: $845.00
This membership is for any company whose primary source of revenue is building, developing or remodeling. Examples include: Residential Builders, Multi-Family Builders, Commercial Builders, Remodelers, and Property/Land Developers. Must agree to participate in the Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards Program. Membership for Associate Members: $695.00
Associate members are any company whose main source of revenue is something other than building/developing/remodeling. Essential for any company who provides products and/or services to the general public, as well as to builders and developer members. Examples include, but not limited to: Suppliers, manufacturers, financial institutions, architects, real estate professionals, construction sub-contractors, landscapers, product installers, and other residential services professionals.

Affiliate Membership : $65.00
You can add additional individual representatives under a current Builder or Associate Membership. Affiliate Members are listed in our Member Directories, can receive referrals from HBA Staff and other HBASJV members, and become a "Member of Record" with the with IBA and NAHB. Voluntary Contribution to the Local BPAC : $0.00
Our local Builders Political Action Committee (BPAC) is used to support local business-friendly candidates and programs that value the importance of the Home Builders Association and our community. 100% of your donation goes directly to the BPAC fund. This contribution is voluntary. You may give more or less, or refuse without affecting your membership rights in any way. Voluntary Contribution to the INPAC : $0.00
The Indiana Builders Association’s political action committee (INPAC), enables builders and lobbyists to develop effective networking programs with Indiana government leaders and has produced effective results in numerous political campaigns. Every dollar INPAC spends on electing business-friendly legislators and keeping them in office represents an investment in our future that will pay exponential dividends in the years to come. All campaign contributions are based upon candidates or incumbents history and philosophy of support for pro-growth and affordable housing as well as support of overall business issues.
