We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the Steve Smith Team — a leadership role designed to drive revenue, growth, and accountability while maintaining a limited book of business as a licensed agent.

Lead & Coach for Results

  • Inspire, lead, and hold agents accountable for key performance goals.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and energetic team sales meetings.

  • Partner with company leadership (CEO/COO) to set and exceed performance KPIs.
     

Manage Pipeline & CRM

  • Champion use of our CRM (Bold Trail) for accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up.

  • Oversee lead flow, assignment, and conversion processes.

  • Report weekly and monthly on agent activity, pipeline health, and sales metrics.
     

Drive Revenue & Business Growth

  • Boost lead conversion, client retention, and overall team production.

  • Support business development and attend high-value client meetings.
    Manage a select number of personal sales opportunities to model best practices.

Enhance Client Experience

  • Oversee client communication and ensure an exceptional journey from first contact to closing.

  • Step in when needed to resolve client issues and maintain Irish Realty’s high standards.
     

Ensure Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Monitor contracts, documentation, and licensing compliance.
  • ?Ensure all team activities meet company and industry regulations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Active Indiana Real Estate Broker License with at least 2 years real estate sales experience

  • Proven experience in real estate sales leadership or team management

  • Strong communicator with exceptional coaching and accountability skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Motivated to develop others and elevate team performance

  • Competitive compensation: $90,000–$140,000 (base + incentives tied to performance)
