We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the Steve Smith Team — a leadership role designed to drive revenue, growth, and accountability while maintaining a limited book of business as a licensed agent.

Inspire, lead, and hold agents accountable for key performance goals.

Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and energetic team sales meetings.

Partner with company leadership (CEO/COO) to set and exceed performance KPIs.
Manage Pipeline & CRM

Champion use of our CRM (Bold Trail) for accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up.

Oversee lead flow, assignment, and conversion processes.

Report weekly and monthly on agent activity, pipeline health, and sales metrics.
Drive Revenue & Business Growth

Boost lead conversion, client retention, and overall team production.

Support business development and attend high-value client meetings.
Manage a select number of personal sales opportunities to model best practices.
Enhance Client Experience

Oversee client communication and ensure an exceptional journey from first contact to closing.

Step in when needed to resolve client issues and maintain Irish Realty’s high standards.
Ensure Compliance & Professional Standards
- Monitor contracts, documentation, and licensing compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Active Indiana Real Estate Broker License with at least 2 years real estate sales experience

Proven experience in real estate sales leadership or team management

Strong communicator with exceptional coaching and accountability skills
