Event Description:
All of our builder/developer members are automatically part of the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards Program, but not everyone knows what a great benefit this can be!
Come learn about this great program that sets our builders apart from other builders who are not part of our HBA and the Indiana Builders Association.
Carlie Hopper, Governmental Affairs Director of the IBA will present all the benefits of the program and how to use it to your advantage.
The Standards are a resource to help customers understand the basics of home building, and also help builders and remodelers manage customer expectations and prevent and resolve customer complaints. This program is encapsulated in a QABS Manual that is provided to each home buyer (typically at closing).
